Other notes
The slogan should be paired with the logo. The period in the name Exact Impact is deliberate and should be used as an element of design to emphasize the Impact. I'm thinking red or blue - something with a bit of a target look, but not like the Target logo. I want this to be more of a typeface logo than a graphic, and the words should convey gravitas, but not be intimidating.
