The company name refers to the time that my son was born. We kicked around some ideas working from a clock face but couldn't put something on paper that we really liked. Background inspiration for the work is Metis - Greek Titan of Cunning and Wisdom. Often referred to as the "wise counselor". Would have been part of the company name but someone beat me to it.
