Complete Rebranding for Los Angeles Hotspot Restaurant

Amir's Falafel is a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant based in Los Angeles. Our menu offers falafel, shawarma, kabobs, and an assortment of 15 different salads and toppings prepared in pita sandwiches, laffas, and plates. In 1982 we migrated to Los Angeles from the middle east and founded Amir's Falafel in Studio City, located in the San Fernando Valley. Located adjacent to CBS Radford, we've transformed into a local celebrity hotspot and after nearly 40 years are looking to expand the business! We've hired some new management who previously managed a 50 location restaurant chain. We are best known for our falafel. It's a recipe that has been passed down for nearly a century. We offer a wide variety of salads and toppings, which the customer can use to customize his/her sandwich or plate. Our salad assortment includes: hummus, tabuli, coleslaw, potato salad, moroccan carrots, fried eggplant, babaganoush, corn, beet salad, and more. We are in the process of rebranding and remodeling the store. By next year we want to expand into our second restaurant. This branding package will be used as the foundation of our remodel and will be used by interior designers and web developers. I would really appreciate your help on this project. This restaurant has been in my family for generations and I want to do it justice. Let's take it to the next level together!

I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand. Amir means prince in Arabic. We were also rated top 3 best falafel in Los Angeles. We thought about incorporating a crown or something similar to communicate these two facts in the logo. THIS IS FOR A FAST CASUAL RESTAURANT. PLEASE NO LUXURY, HIGH-END DESIGN CONCEPTS.
