OSGF advances scholarship, public dialogue and action on the uses, history and future of plants, especially in gardens and landscapes. Our new tagline for the upcoming website will be: "Plants. People. Possibilities." OSGF was set up to share the hopes and ideas of Rachel ("Bunny") Lambert Mellon, a dedicated gardener and landscaper with a keen eye for art and design. OSGF's target audience includes academic scholars, horticultural practitioners and artists in fields related to plants, gardens and landscapes.
