Mr. Red is an absolutely amazing designer to work with. Tenacious and persistent from the beginning, he was the obvious pack leader early on. His artistic interpretation of my book design was spot on as evidenced by a contest I ran among my client base where his design was the landslide winner by a hefty 200% margin! Top marks to this very professional artist and designer!
Ryan demonstrated the ability to interpret the vision for my project perfectly from my brief. He gave me exactly what I was looking for in a excellent way. The design looks very professional and conveys the message I wanted to with my book. He was very responsive to my requests and understanding of the creative process of publishing a new book. Thank you Ryan for an outstanding design!

How briangbrown started their book cover journey
Dr. Brian G. Brown
Having practiced psychiatry since 1998, Dr. Brown has treated thousands of unhappy and discontent people. For years, he practiced the not so subtle art of “chemical happiness” with his patients as he was on his own personal journey of “chemical happiness” with nine different prescription medications. Waking up 16 years later to the reality of no significant improvement, he realized there had to be a better way. Through extensive research and study, he found a new way to feel better, find balance, lose weight, and come off of antidepressants forever. He led the way by ending the hold of “chemical happiness” on his own life. Now, he helps others escape the boxes of a broken medical system, and never asks them to go anywhere he’s not gone before.
Happiness Hijackers is a book about the things that can rob you of happiness and joy. It teaches you how to navigate the 8 most common happiness hijackers In midlife and beyond so you can feel better, find balance, lose weight, & get off of antidepressants forever.
Men and women ages 35 to 55 years old who used to feel extraordinary but now only feel mediocre. They aren't satisfied feeling mediocre and wish to return to extraordinary again.

What colors do you want to see in your design?
I'm not opposed to using text only. I prefer UBUNTU fonts. Abstract imagery is fine, but not so abstract that a person can't figure it out quickly. Imagery may be original also. The boldness and size of lettering for "Happiness Hijackers" should be easily seen from across the room.
Please see my personal and business STYLE GUIDE attached. My business and personal brand logos and colors are in there. These do not necessarily have to be used. I include them so you have an idea of what my style is.
What to avoid
I would prefer not to use stock photos of people.
