BACK COVER BLURB How often have you responded to an experience with a mere surface reaction? "OMG! I cannot believe my luck! What a coincidence!" Then you moved on, giving the circumstance no further thought. If you believe the uncanny events in your life are simply coincidences, think again. For example: • Seeing the same person during your daily commute and running into that person on a different continent, becoming friends • Rescued in the nick of time from imminent danger • A hurtful act against you turned in your favor • Diverted from a car accident Not a Mere Coincidence shares author Kettly Calixte's harrowing and heartening true stories that reveal how she began to see her life experiences from a different perspective. She demonstrates how changing your perception of situations can rid your mind and heart of doubts, anxieties, and fears in exchange for inner strength, hope, faith, and happiness. Even in the worst of times, you can embrace and enjoy life with renewed energy and resilience. Who doesn’t want to achieve these?

What to avoid
“Not a Mere Coincidence” is a nonfiction/spiritual related book that aims to inspire men and women to realize that we are being assisted by God all the time. If we look closer we can interpret our stories in a positive way. Discern our blessings and practicing thankfulness. Gain strength and wisdom. The goal of the book is to stand out in the stores and on the online book retailer platform as a small thumbnail, as well as a 12 x 19 cm book. The reader should feel that they must have this book if they are looking for something to uplift their spirits. It’s more important that the book “pops off the shelf” or stands out and catches the eye quickly. The most important part of the design it’s well-designed, that it sells and is not busy. Simplicity and chic. I am open to any image or illustration you choose. Here are a few words that come to mind when thinking of my book: inspiring, spirituality, enjoyable, useful, insightful, encouragement, captivating. I like a soft color palette and bold titles so that you know right away what the title is and what it is about, not too busy and with simple color schemes. 2–3 colors (examples Blue, Dark Blue, White, Azur)
