We are a restaurant and food and beverage company that operates concessions in a variety of venues including airports,hospitals, leisure, and college communities. Our target audience includes key decision-makers in these various areas and our direct customers. Robinsonhill seeks to bring together great food and exceptional guest service for magical experience. We seek to have our customers to walk away with a sense of joy and pleasure after experiencing the most kindest, consistent guest service.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
This cookbook is intended to capture the joy and recipes of my mother who the company is named after. Robinson is my maiden name and Hill is my mother's maiden name.My mother had a love for food, people and entertaining. One of my greatest joys was growing up was cooking in the kitchen with my mother and there so many delightful experiences to share. I decided to write a book in honor of my mother and capturing these recipes and telling these joyful stories about growing up. I also was motivated to write this book because my daughter is learning to cook and I wanted to share that experience and plus my brother has three daughters who have not really had the experience of growing up with my mother but also being able to share the cooking experience with them and other people that would receive this book. The story behind the title two kitchens is that when we were growing up we actually had two kittens at our home and something we took for granted but when I asked friends and family about memories of my mother who has now past, my nephew who was a chef at the time at the Ritz Carlton shared the story about how he was inspired to become a chef because of my mother and that was the only place he knew that had two kitchens in their home and he was right we had two kitchens wanted on the main floor and one in the basement of our home. As I started thinking about titles for the book I went through a range of options and then I kept telling the story about two kitchens that my nephew shared and ultimately decided on titling the book Two Kitchens and truly captures the essence of my mother. My mother is a delightful woman who just represented nothing but joy food love warmth. Ultimately, the cookbook will a corporate gift or something we will market for distribution. Please feel free to be as creative as possible capturing the warmth of my mother the essence of great good, great dining, great entertaining great joy. My desire would be to create a cookbook that is elegant and capture the style and essence of my mother, and the attention to detail and convey our desire to deliver a delightful guest experience each and every time. I seek to demonstrate this in all of our restaurants that we own in our portfolio. I want the look and feel of the book be warm elegant contemporary to instantly have it conjure up the joy of cooking, the joy of food, and the joy of life. My mother was a positive thinker and anyone that met her she had a quick smile kind heart and loving hand. Let's honor my mother, Helen Hill, let's honor all mothers who make us who we are, who teach us important lessons, who show us how to love and be loved.
Even with limited funds growing up my mother like the best of the best she would only drink coffee from China cups she would only. She liked elegant things. She liked flowers. She was a scratch cook and was one of the rare combinations of cook and baker. This book is a tribute to not only to my mom but to all moms. Please use this text as content and for layout ideas.
