Joshua Kneff is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and personal trainer. He graduated magna cum laude from Truman State University with a degree in exercise science. He owns and operates Move Fast Live Well, LLC., a company founded to help people improve their fitness and live healthier lives. Josh and his wife, Katie, travel around the country, relocating every few months in order to experience life in different parts of the U.S.

I'm hoping for something that captures the essence of holistic health and wellness. I'd like something that represents the idea that the book is based in a scientific background. I'm open to any fonts, dimensions, etc. Could be just the title/subtitle/author words with a great color scheme, could be images as well. I'm open to anything.

The only thing I want to avoid is stereotypical, corny representations of a health/fitness book like an overly muscular figure with its arms crossed or something.
