Show Me Your Best WTF Face.

Margaret A Lashley
Florida native and world traveler, Margaret Lashley has been a writer since being able to hold a pencil. She lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she continues to see the humor and absurdity every day in the everyday. Her motto is, "I live for novel fodder!" For more information on Margaret and her other works, visit her website at www.margaretlashley.com.
It's a humorous satire about a middle-aged woman starting life over from the very bottom of the barrel, with no friends except the bums she finds at a beach bar.
Women from mid 30s to 70s. US mainly. Divorcees. Beach/vacation read. People who appreciate humor and want to laugh. Fans of Bridget Jones. Mystery and romance novel readers.
I would like the face of the main character to be prominent, with a sarcastic, WTF expression. She could possibly be eyeing a dragonfly, carrying a red fly swatter, or driving a 1963 Ford Falcon Sprint Convertible (white with red interior). Beach-related items okay, too. Main character is 45, white, female, brown eyes and shoulder-length wavy brown hair.
What to avoid
I would prefer illustration over photography.
