Design needs
Artistic, unique, with the title Love Your Fears Away in big, bold letters in a modern, unique font. The title can be offset, top/bottom – I don’t really care as long as it creates a sense of joy/upliftment – bright and happy but not in a cheesy way. My aim with the cover is to have it stand out, but that it also feels light and uplifting, so my thoughts are the colours for the font/background should be more on the lighter/pastel scale (no blacks, dark blues, reds etc), either white lettering and a colour background or a white/off-white background with coloured lettering (different colour fonts for the title/subtitle/author can look good) The book needs to appeal to both men and women so it should be fairly neutral in tone. The cover should be text focussed, I don’t mind if there’s some abstract artwork/artwork on the theme of personal growth in the background as long as it doesn’t distract too much from the title.
