Frank Dean's Last Day on Earth
R S J Steel
Frank Dean, professional clown, has decided to end his own life. The book follows his course to the euthanasia clinic, the bank robbery he gets involved in, and his family trying to track him down and stop him. Despite the tense and serious circumstances there is a lot of humour and tenderness.
English speakers, any gender, any age, but probably not young people.
Book cover type
I've included the cover of my other novel, a detective story with technological elements, as something that the new cover needs to look good sitting beside on someone's shelf. This has different subject matter but similarly has serious themes yet a gentle touch and often humorous touch.
