What's your vision?
A little 7 year old boy called Oliver is given a billy cart by his grandfather who made it for him for his birthday complete with brakes steering and FF 430 number plates ; Oliver is a boy with high energy and also not one to listen to safety instructions from his parents and grandparents ; Subsequently without a helmet he flies down his grandparents driveway at a million miles an hour getting out of control and nearly ending up underneath a car in the street when he was told not to go down to far down the drive as there are cars at the bottom of the street

The billy cart had ball bearing wheels at the front rubber wheels at the back DO NOT USE mY PHOToS for illustrations
