Nursing book on COVID-19

Hidden Heroes of our Community
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought out the hardworking and disciplined nature of every NHS staff member and all other key-workers and volunteers. No matter what form of care and support they've provided and what level of significance, it's all mattered. Some say the disease started in a wholesale food market in Wuhan, China. Hundreds of thousands affected, dead, still dying, and critically ill. Our hospitals were filling over their capacities. Outside of hospital grounds, the emphasis on care and compassion was just as fundamental. George Horner's diary of reflections establishes a community nurse's life and the mixture of emotions these hidden gems of the NHS have experienced unprecedentedly. From laughter to sorrow, to pride. They worked in stifling conditions called PPE, visiting from patient to patient, away from clinical environments, and making a valuable difference through all weathers on all days and nights. No matter how fearful they've felt, they've been emotionally strong not to show it.
Healthcare professionals, anyone affected by the coronavirus, anyone who's proud of the NHS, and people wanting to hear about the insight from someone who worked on the front-lines in the pandemic.
Book cover type
I would like the front cover to show an image of me (or another male nurse) coming out of the door of a patient's home with nurse uniform worn and with PPE on. I have a photo of me doing this which can be used for the cover. I want the image to be a little faint so that the the title of the book stands out more and to be looking less like a photograph (more like a painting or a cartoon). I want the subtitle displayed at the bottom and my name displayed below that. Please can the font have no block-background colouring and try and emerge the lettering in with the picture (look at Adam Kay- 'This is Going to Hurt' as an example of what I mean). Please also use the NHS symbol that I have attached. Consider using the symbol as some graffiti on the wall of the house.
What to avoid
No stock imagery. I want my cover to be unique with no designs copied from other works.
