How to Turn Order Takers into Rainmakers
Charlie has worked every day of the last 30+ years to help professionals understand the importance of visibility management in business development and sales. Having worked with bankers, architects, attorneys, engineers, consultants, & accountants he’s heard every excuse. The excuses range from “Good services sell themselves” to “I don’t want to be all salesy”. From this front row seat over a 30+ year career in business development Charlie has perfected a process that works. When it’s time to stop the excuses and turn order takers into rainmakers, get Charlie Moon.
The book you hold in your hand is the business development shortcut you’ve been looking for. Most firms lose the deal before they ever say “hello.” Inside you’ll discover the 7-Layer Business Development Process that has turned smart, but sales-averse, accountants, bankers, architects, and buttoned-down professionals of every stripe into willing and consistently successful rainmakers. It will do the same for you and the professionals in your firm. If your firm “aggressively waits for the phone to ring,” as one managing partner once told me, then you need this book. It will put you back in control of your business development, once and for all. Nothing happens until we say, “Hello”.
Professional services (bankers, accountants, engineers, attorneys, financial planners, etc.) that are responsible for the growth of a firm. They’ll be over 45 years of age. Location: United States. They may be "managing partners" and could be "solo-preneurs"--i.e. consultants. "Visibility management" is important to them. They need to "grow their book of business".
Book cover type
The book is 8.5" X 5.5". I will print some copies and it will be an e-book. I work with professionals that are "technically competent"--that never thought they'd need to make a sales call. They would rather look at a spreadsheet than look at a stranger. 2 files added below---are graphics that were done previously....added for FYI. The book cover draft is a rough draft---now the designer is too busy to take on the project (a friend of mine). The cover is the most important part to get people engaged---please treat it as such. Thank you.
What to avoid
This is for professionals...it's not a romance novel and should not look like one. CPAs, Bankers, Architects, Attorneys are the primary readers.
