Beat Your Weight is a method of simplicity that doesn't restrict food groups, and it certainly doesn't advise caution towards food and that we should be scared of it. We want a healthy relationship with food after all. Beat Your Weight is a method that will keep you healthy, satiated, and not left wanting. No hyperbole, no claim of miracles and none of the fairy-tales. Just good food that results in fat loss.

The cover included with said title is the one i'm using now/chose last time. I like it, but it's too dark and doesn't align well enough with the genre. I'm looking for something light (but not beige), modern, and doesn't look out of place in this niche: https://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Kindle-Store-Diets-Weight-Loss/zgbs/digital-text/156451011/ref=zg_bs_nav_kstore_3_156430011. If you use a sans font please try to strike a balance between thin and thick as i don't like extremes in any one direction. Needs to stand out as a thumbnail. Please put all designs on a white background. I like a sharp look, not fuzziness. These 3 books are inline with the overall concept/style i have in mind: https://www.amazon.com//dp/B00Y7USB14/ https://www.amazon.com//dp/B07SFZTSK6/ https://www.amazon.com//dp/B00LLIJGSW/ Minimum dimensions: 2,560 x 1,600 (larger is fine). Ideal ratio is 1.6:1 (height/width) Feel free to deviate from the brief if you think you have a cool idea. But the cover will need to be of a light-coloured design.
What to avoid
No bodies, faces, or people. Try to avoid food and drink, unless you can do it in an abstract style, e.g: https://www.amazon.com//dp/B07SFZTSK6/ https://www.amazon.com//dp/B00LLIJGSW/ If you do use food/drink then don't focus on any 1 food group as i don't want to implicate anything like that as the book doesn't follow that route.
