The Red Rooster and Cocktails
Christie Steffen, an educator and lover of literature, has worked as an English language arts teacher and psychology instructor. Her focus has been on studying the nature of human attachment. She aspires to bring this piece of psychology into her work as an author.
The Red Rooster and Cocktails is about a young woman, who in the midst of defining her own character, faces death, sexual addiction, and destruction.
My target audience is young adults through middle adulthood (18-40), males or females, who are looking for a fast moving plot and a quick read.
I was looking towards a harrington font style. I was also picturing a woman's shadowed profile. Ultimately, I need something that will stand out on the online book retailer platform as small as a thumbnail, as well as a 5.5 x 8.5 book.
What to avoid
Avoid anything noting "cocktails" as liquor or a drink. That word in the title is primarily symbolic.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Book cover starts at $299.
