Memorable cover design for a book on confidence for women by Harvard psychologist

This is a book cover. The title of the book is Confidence when it Counts: Rise Above Self-Criticism to Make your Mark. This is a book mainly for working women - both women who work in big companies and women who are business owners. Its a 'how to' book by a Harvard psychologist about how to move past the moments of self doubt and self criticism, (and how to move past stereotypes of women) to advance in your organization, earn more money in your business, speak up, take risks, get your validation from within instead of from other people - and overall make an impact in the world.

This is a cover for the book. This is a book for women but I don't want it frilly. Its for serious professional women who want to be more confident and be more successful. I want it clean and modern looking, halfway between feminine and masculine, economical. I tend to like geometric shapes but if this cover doesn't lend itself to being geometric that's fine. Abstract or literal is fine. If you use any human figures then I want two figures - one white woman and one woman "of color" (because this will be marketed all around the world). If you use a photo please make sure it is not a typical stock photo of 'cheesy' looking women smiling. Have the photo be of a woman showing the confidence to do something big. I want this to look substantive, and stand out from all the other trite advice. If you do an abstract or geometric shape, make sure that the meaning of the design is clear. thank you so much

I am attaching a photo of my first book's cover - Success under Stress - everyone loved it so it would be great to have another hit cover! I am also including the first mock up of this Confidence Book - It had a different title then - we just made a quick cover to pitch the book. But I ended up liking the colors so its something to consider.
