The Lost Art of Discipleship
Daniel T. Newton
Daniel T. Newton is the founder and director of Grace Place Discipleship, a community of passionate believers built on the foundations of integrity, Christ-like character, and selfless love. Since the age of 14, he has traveled to over 50 nations and seen thousands of lives impacted by the truth of the gospel. Over the course of the last 20 years, Daniel has devoted himself to raising young men and women of God with a clear understanding of grace and the finished work of the cross. His model of ministry is based on the great commission of Jesus Christ: to make disciples of every nation. With a burning heart for revival he continues to travel worldwide as an itinerate minister, emphasizing the power of God’s Word and the believer’s righteous identity in Christ.
Discipleship is not a man-made idea. It is God’s design for world transformation. Since the beginning of time, it has been God’s desire to see the Earth covered in the knowledge of His glory. He doesn’t intend to accomplish this through church attendance, quick salvation prayers, or religious traditions. His method is clearly displayed through the Great Commission: to make disciples of every nation. The Lost Art of Discipleship is the uncovering of Heaven’s blueprints for remodeling the kingdoms of this earth into the Kingdom of our God. As you read, prepare your heart to be ignited with the fires of revival that once swept the globe as in the days of the Early Church. It is time for the people of God to arise and shine, for our light has come!
