Tierra Cox is a writer and a poet who has been writing for public audiences since 2016 on her blog on Tumblr. Crafting tales with elements of fantasy and the paranormal, she mixes in multicultural love. Tierra is fueled by the idea of blending the two, specifically for black women and POCs. With an educational background in creative writing, Tierra has a Bachelors in English Literature. She now resides in South Korea, gathering inspiration from local tales to weave into her future novels.
It's a multicultural fantasy romance about a kitsune demon (fox demon) who has spent centuries building an empire, not caring about who he has to double-cross or worse to obtain it. It's not until he arrives in modern times that he finds himself bored with the idea of a rich, lonely life. He is then cursed by a "friend" that he will encounter the love of his life and give her his hoshi no tama, his life force.
Adult women between the ages of 18 and 54. All demographics. US, UK, and CA dominant with smaller audiences in JP, Brazil, and Australia.
From the author: "It would be perfect if we could get [the cover model] against a minimalist style Japanese cover design. They just have to give him some kitsune ears and that ball I was talking about, the glowing blue bead in his hand. I think that would be perfect. Same pose and everything; either he is holding a traditional kitsune mask in one hand OR his blue fox bead.
What to avoid
This is a male-only cover. For the attached images - the author wants this male photo used, so that must be included in the design. The other 3 images are book covers for inspiration (but we're also open to your own creativity). No particular fonts are required.
