Thank you! Title: First Love, First Lie Author: Don McQuinn Genre: Traditional romance, not erotic. Plot Summary: Husband and wife in their late thirties with a 10 year old daughter. The husband is tempted to stray from his marriage when his first love returns and tries to win him back. Emotional Undertones: The husband and wife love each other very much. The wife is wounded from a previous abusive relationship, and now she's doubting her husband's dedication to their marriage. The husband is being tempted and manipulated by his first love ("the other woman"), for which be feels very guilty. The other woman desires to steal the husband away from the wife. Target Audience: Married women, 30 to 55. Requirements: -Must look great in a small icon and close up, and when converted to black and white (on Kindle). -Title and author name need to be prominent and readable in a small icon. -It must be SOPHISTICATED, expensive and textured. This should feel like a work of art. A painting. -A couple on the cover, but no full face showing, no tacky kissing. -The wife has golden/honey colored hair. The "other woman" has raven black hair. The husband has brown hair. -The cover should be romantic, but NOT erotic. -The couple should look contemporary and of average income (not rich, not poor). -We'd also like to see "the other woman" on the cover. She should be separate from the main couple (to the side or in the background), but the man can be looking at her/being pulled towards her. She should be very well dressed (she's rich). Format: JPEG, or .jpeg; TIFF, or .tif(f) Height/width ratio of 1.6 minimum of 625 x 1000 pixels preferred 1563 x 2500 pixels The designer is responsible for paying for all images. Please do NOT include: -Any photoreal elements (your cover can start from photoreal elements but must then be altered to appear painting-like) -No kissing couple or erotic embrace. Held hands or a loose embrace is ok. This is a traditional, PG romance. -No full face pictures.
