Becoming a Super Sports Parent (Overcoming the kid kryptonite that cripples athletes)
Craig L. Morris
Craig is an author, speaker, and relationship coach. He has worked with athletes of various sports for almost 30 years. Through his research, parent interviews, relational coaching, and sport parenting discussion groups he has gleaned a wealth of wisdom. This expertise, combined with his own personal experience as the parent of two high level athletes, allows him to identify the challenges and offer helpful solutions for parents of athletes. The equipping, encouragement, and inspiration Craig provides will enable you to simultaneously become a Super Sports Parent while discovering life at it's best.
This book aims at identifying the 10 stupid things parents of athletes do to mess up their young athlete. It also offers practical suggestions to remedy this problem. It uses the image of kryptonite (from Superman) as that which will cripple our child.
