Justin Waltz is currently the Senior Manager of Franchise Operations at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving... he oversees franchise operations of 101 locations which includes vendor management, franchise training & on-boarding, field coaching, and mastermind & advisory council Facilitation. Justin is also the masters of ceremony and Executive producer of the college Hunks annual conference and the annual leadership conference. Originally from Baltimore Maryland Justin is a two time franchisee owning College Hunks of Dallas, TX and Handyman Connection of South FL. Justin resides in St Pete, FL with his wife Kelly, and 2 year old Daughter Charlotte. He is a member of the Tampa Bay Wave Entrepreneurship Incubator as well as on the Board of Advisors of the Towson University College of Business and Economics and an active member of the International Franchise Association.
This book is a how to guide for business owners and executives to facilitate a one day meeting which will act as a team building event but also create an environment where all team members can express ways to improve the business. We call this an innovation storm. An "innovation storm" -- also known as a "design storm", "nerd jam", or an “idea jam" -- is a collaborative brainstorming event, intended towards generating solutions in a fun and creative setting. Innovation storms take place in large groups with a facilitator and an agenda. The format of a storm is flexible to the goals identified and the disruptive space that is being attacked.
