The book is a guide that is serious/business minded but not too complicated. The subtitle "My Experience Managing Casts of Outstanding Characters" is a kind way of calling people "Oddballs". It would be great if the cover could capture the concept that working in HR with people means that a lot of unusual and odd things will happen.

The author's preference tends towards "conservative" and less "flowy" or calligraphic.
