Design needs
I like clean designs. Bold colors. Artistic look.
Not too serious, designing your life should be a fun loving process not a chore (like diets are mostly viewed as).
What to avoid
NO Images of food, measuring tapes, scissors, or anything related to traditional weight loss ads.
It's not a book that gives you strict diet plans or recipes or tells you what you can or cannot do. It is a book that inspires you to create change in your life out of a better understanding of the need for taking personal responsibility and learning self-care. It is about establishing new habits that align with your goals and vision for your life.

I like it because it looks personal and not mass produced. Like it has a personal touch that is specially for you.
