A 4th generation dentist who started practicing in the depths of the recession in Sioux City, Iowa. He spent years and countless sleepless nights trying to figure out how to feel secure in his practice. Wondering if there would ever be a day that he wouldn’t have to worry about the next payroll. It took longer than he wanted to admit, but he finally cracked the code and discovered that when he approached his practice like the business it really was and solved business problems along with the dental problems. When he figured out how to let his star employees shine, his practice grew. When he shifted his view of his role from Dentist to Owner Doctor and eventually to CEO the growth of his practices was unstoppable. He was able to serve more patients and provide better care while creating a better life for his family, his team and their families.

This is my third book and I want to show entrepreneurial dentists path I discovered to go from being "owned" and feeling frustrated and miserable in their dental practices to "owning" their practice and having the freedom and security that they are seeking
