We are thinking about having hit picture on the front and/or the It's All heart Logo and will be attached Back of the Book: Where my heart is
For me, there’s absolutely nothing better in this world than to help people add time and quality to their lives. It just so happens that 22 years ago I decided that this is exactly what I wanted to build my life around. And that’s exactly what I did. Call it destiny, fate, or just plain determination and passion; in truth, it’s what I love to do and what I was born to do. I chose the title of this book from my personal experiences in life where I learned very early on what it meant to truly have heart. I’m talking about the passion to live, the endless determination to have a good life, and the guts and confidence to go out there and get exactly what you want out of life.
The heart wants what the heart wants as we all have learned through the relationships and experiences in our lives—the heartache when it doesn’t work out, the overwhelming joy when it does, and the emotional memories that go with both. For me, exercise and fitness are my way of helping you realize just how good you really are and, more importantly, just how damn good you can feel no matter what experiences you have in life. It’s time for you to take what you want to be and make it what you are.
My goal with this book is to give you a different and unique way to look at exercise and fitness by reacquainting you with your heart. I want to put things into perspective on how every little thing you do from the time you’re born affects your heart in one way or another. With this book you’re going to see your heart in a different light, you’ll become more aware of how to treat it better, and you’ll be able to clear up misconceptions you may have on exercise and nutrition. You’ll also learn why many people stop exercising, and how you can avoid such pitfalls. Lastly, you’ll learn how to stay tough, fight the fight, and stay on course to your longer and better life. No matter who you are or where you are in life, nothing feels better than being healthy and happy. And, after you read this book, I am certain you will be glad you did. Most importantly, your heart will thank you for it.
“Considering every little thing in your life, without a doubt, It’s All Heart,”
