What's your vision?
I am looking to have a book cover designed (front and back jacket) for epublishing to Amazon and Apple. This is for my father's memoirs. The book is called "He Heard a Different Drummer" by Leonard A. LeSchack. HE HEARD A DIFFERENT DRUMMER is a memoir of the Cold War, a seemingly endless conflict beginning at the end of World War II in 1945, but eventually concluding in 1990. The story is the saga of Leonard (Len) LeSchack: scientist, explorer, naval officer, spy and ardent lover of women. Born a first-generation American at the height of the Great Depression, his life experiences were strongly influenced, not only by his own makeup—he was a classic maverick—but by many of the historic events that occurred during that Cold War period. It was a time when the United States was pitted in a life or death struggle against the Soviet Union. Len LeSchack took part in that struggle. We have provided the chapters, synopsis, and pictures that can give the winning design a good understanding of the author and his life story. We are looking for creativity, a book cover that will entice the reader to buy just on the book cover. It should have all the makings of a cross between a spy novel and non-fiction with a hint of sex appeal.
It is prudent that the designers review the attached files to get a good sense of the author.
