Gratitude Heals A Journal for Inspiration and Guidance
Linda Roszak Burton
As the author,, professional certified coach and consultant, I bring personal and professional experiences to the topic of gratitude and the health and wellbeing benefits that can be achieved through a sustained gratitude practice. (BTW, I will have a different head shot!)
Using this journal will help you explore your personal practice and the healing powers of gratitude. Based on the latest research in positive psychology, gratitude, and neuroscience, a sustainable gratitude practice, can help heal a deep wound, turn the corner in recovery, lessen the impact of depression or post-traumatic stress, build strength in the face of a terminal or chronic illness. And in turn, you can begin to gain greater emotional, spiritual, mental and physical resilience, find hope again, and rediscover meaningful relationships.
From young age to seniors. No age, gender or geographic location limits the practice of gratitude. Whether recovering from a substance addiction, diminishing PTSD symptoms for war veterans or ICU nurses, building resilience, or overcoming professional burnout. This journal supports creating greater personal health and wellbeing benefits.
Book cover type
Since this is focused on healing the cover needs to represent positive, uplifting, calming, and hopeful impressions. The cover and best representation of the title and tagline needs to invite young and old, male or female to pick up the book and feel an immediate connection for self help and hope.
What to avoid
Gender neutral - Not masculine or femine in font or colors. Avoid dark colors that won't support the positive and uplifting theme. Regarding images - I'm a big fan of Unsplash https://unsplash.com/ I'm not in favor of purchasing stock photos. Open to graphics if they give the right impression - uplifting, positive, calming.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Book cover starts at $299.
