Cassie and Chelsea are founders of MyWellnessHub.co and The Real Life Show: Living with a Chronic Illness podcast and are both Pilates instructors by trade. Chelsea is also a motivated health and mindset coach with a masters in exercise science, and Cassie is a single mom living with a life long, incurable disease, pursuing her dreams and living a joyful life. They brought their knowledge and experience together to create uplifting and supportive resources for those living with chronic conditions and their loved ones.
Those of us who live with limited energy know how difficult it can be to tackle daily activities and how deeply that can affect our happiness. Whether you have a chronic illness, are searching for a diagnosis, or are overly stressed and facing burnout, this book is for you. We teach how to empower yourself using self care. By exploring what is consuming your energy, how your mindset and thoughts are affecting your daily life, and how to make subtle changes that make a huge difference, YOU can take control and live a better life!
