Epic paranormal fantasy series requires book cover for first volume.

I would like a book cover for my first fantasy novel - Absence Volume One: Whispers and Shadow. I want an illustration that almost matches the uploaded photo. I like everything about the scene, but I want the girl to be wearing old fashioned britches(trousers) and to be leaning on an old fashioned crutch(the type that goes under the armpit). She uses the crutch under her left arm (which would be the right side in the picture). She should be leaning heavily on this. She is fifteen years old with ringlets of shoulder length hair (curly) and she is slightly narrower at the hip than the girl in the picture. I would like the meadow and trees to extend around the spine and onto the back cover. I like the colour scheme as it is. The title and subtitle of the book should go above the girl and be the same colour as her, but in some nice fantasy font. Please no stock photos I'll have to pay extra for. The book cover is 6"x 9" (front and back) and the spine is 0.648" wide . The single image needs to include a 0.125" bleed all the way around.
