Perfect for readers ages 13-18 and adults who enjoy historical romances, a classic tale of young love, hard choices, and a country divided.

This is a young adult historical fiction romance set during the american revolution. I want it to appear historical but yet also modern. The font should be LouisaCP or as close to that as possible. I would like a young girl with brown hair, brown eyes, a small button nose and she should look no older than 20 on the cover to match the main character. She should have American 18th century/1770’s period clothes on. Think Hamilton the musical it's the same time period as that. The character isn't described explicitly in the book, the reader is supposed to come up with what she looks like on their own. However in my mind when writing I pictured a girl similar to Lily Collins. The background to be something with a field, a colonial house, or near trees. Keep it light and feminine. the interior is 5.4*8.2 in size
What to avoid
No blondes, no solid backgrounds, I don’t want black or very dark colors. Keep it light and feminine. Also no soldiers, no war scenes.
