This is for an e-book so when marketing it all the customer will see is a front cover and a spine.
The images below of a knee joint are along the lines of what I was thinking to be used as a cover. I had an idea of an unfinished sketch of a knee joint with a little light colour could look good. However I'm an amateur when it comes to design and encourage you to surprise me with some creativity that could spark me on a different path.
