She has spent years helping others get to the root of their anger issues and find ways to manage their anger. She wants others to live happy, healthy lives and to have good familial relationships.

Anger Management for Adults discusses the root causes of our anger and gives definitive techniques to be in control of it. It doesn’t focus on just one or two ways to combat our anger, but instead employs a wide range of techniques.
