fibr was great. I must have reviewed two dozen fibr designs and they kept getting better. Very responsive to feedback.
I have been extremely pleased working with romy. Fast and responsive to feedback, and gets it right the first time.

Culture.com: How the Best Startups make it Happen
Bob Stringer is an angel investor, with a portfolio of over 25 startups. Previously he was a venture capitalist, a business school professor at HBS and Babson, and the author of three popular books on culture and business strategy.
This book is all about the cultures created in successful startups. It describes what these cultures look like, how they are formed, and how startup leaders can scale a winning culture. It provides practical advice from years of the author's research on Achievement Motivation and interviews with over 50 of the best startup founders and CEOs.
Entrepreneurs, business school students and those interested in helping startups succeed, such as VCs, b-school professors, and startup accelerators or incubators.
Book cover type
Don’t know yet
don't care for the color
The subtitle is too small
I like having some sort of graphic, if it signals the"growing a startup" theme
If the graphic is going to be that dominant, it has to be GREAT
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
check out the logo for my company, Crimson Seed Capital and see if that might be integrated into the cover or colors
The title is the main feature and the subtitle is an important part of the message. Not sure what, if any, kind of art will catch people's attention. I'm hoping to publish a hard cover (approx 6"x9") version and an ebook to be sold as a Kindle book.
