Blurb to be used: “I merely offered a solution when no one else would. I acted when others did not!” Assigned to a case neither of them were prepared for, Whitetail County Sheriff’s Department, Detective’s Robert Blackburn, and Teddy Wilder start to investigate the horrific and bizarre murder of a young girl. As they begin to scratch the surface in the hopes of finding and stopping the killer, their morals, and their promises of upholding justice and the law will be tested as they begin to unravel more sinister plots that are unfolding across the Whitetail County Region. Wider Description/ additonal notes for elemental use: The book follows two detectives investigating a bizarre and horrific murder of a young girl. Their investigation leads them across the Whitetail County Region, dealing with fanatical preachers, crude industrial businessmen, and the owner of Broken Promise a bar/club/gentleman's club and his niece, a femme fatale type.
Those interested in mystery thrillers and crime novels. Mostly adult audience
Book cover type
Silhouettes and double exposure or minimalist design. True detective comes to mind but open to suggestions. As stated the cover needs to be intriguing but convoy that the book is Something dark, brooding, or foreboding. Fonts - neon possibly or something bold but not overbearing Some of my own early concept pieces have been included. Imagery to note for possible inclusion - White wooden church, rural southern America setting, roadhouse type bar/club, deer skull, swampy/bayou land
What to avoid
Not giving away the story description or all elements. Try not to make the detective silhouette stylistic of that of the 1940s/50s as the time period of this book would be focused on the late 80s
It all began with a design brief.

Great design. Good communication. Made changes for me. Overall I'm very happy with my book cover. Very professional looking design and good use of type and space. Well worth the money.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
