This is a book on Thaddeus Stevens - the United State Senator that help President Lincoln get slavery abolished in the United States. This book is on his younger days and what formed him as a man.

This book cover will be for a 6 X 9 inch book There will be two versions of the cover - the fist a perfect bound cover please find the template provided. The second version will be the same except the barcode and ISBN will be removed and the eBook ISBN will be added -978-1-941746-12-7

Front cover should include 1. The title - Thaddeus Stevens 2. Subtitle - The Making of an Inconvenient Hero 3. Author's Name - Terry Webb The spine should include - top to bottom 1. Title - Thaddeus Stevens 2. Authors last name - Webb 3. Publishers Logo - D only Back Cover should include 1. Back Cover Copy - see attached 2. - Authors Picture - see attached 3. Authors Bio - see attached 4. Publishers full logo 5.ISBN and Barcode - attached. The cover we are envisioning is a looking through the ages idea. With a modern foreground that young adults in the 9-15 year old range would find enticing to pick up and read. Then looking through a portal or door or arch or picture frame to something that would fit the period of the 1820 in the US - I have included several ideas but they are low resolution so other will need to be found. I am open to other ideas - It needs to appeal to the younger crowd while introducing the history. We see this being used in the classroom for students so it can't turn off teachers and administrators. Thanks for your help and please let me know if you have questions or I have missed something.
