Design the cover for the first book in a historic/supernatural fictional series

I am an indie writer looking for a book cover that will distinguish it from the competition.

I would like a cover designed for my next book, a novel entitled "Tiger of Mysore." It is the first in an ongoing series titled "Wellington Undead." The book is a fictionalized account of Colonel Arthur Wellesley's attack on the stronghold of the Tipu Sultan in 1799 (years before Wellesley becomes the Duke of Wellington). In this world, Wellesley is a vampire (and needs to look the part on the cover, though still in his British Army uniform) and the Tipu Sultan is a were-tiger. The two end up going head-to-head after Wellesley's regiment storms the Tipu Sultan's stronghold of Seringapatam, and the book ends with a duel between vampire and were-tiger in the heart of this burning stronghold.

There are lots of images of Wellesley and the Tipu Sultan available on the Internet, many in the public domain. I would like the cover to convey that - Wellesley is a vampire - He's facing off against a monstrous were-tiger - Armies engaged in battle on the Indian landscape -This is the first book in the "Wellington Undead" series
