Design a cover for my book, "Focus", using a red ball.

I would like the image of a red ball for the front cover of my book. The signature Donna V. will go on the front cover and be in the font "before the rain." The title of this book is, Focus. I always produce a book with a white cover . On the back cover of the book please leave a space 4 3/8" wide X 2 6/8" deep for the author's photo. (Author's photo and Author's bio will be emailed to the finalists) I have an account with Shutterstock.com so Shutterstock images are preferred. I need a digital design that matches a 5" X 8" ratio for printing.

The book selling price is $16,.95 and you will be placing this in the bottom lower left hand corner of the back cover. Price on far left and the UPC code goes on the far right. Please leave a 1 1/4" deep X 2 " wide space for the code.
