I would like a coverdesign for my new book "Petit traité de performance à l'usage des managers"

This last one il a fieldbook (with action plan at the end of each chapter) whish explain how involve the team in order to improve the performance of the organisation.

This book speak about systemic approach, key performance indicator, firm's vision, management, problem solving, continuous improvment...

I would like a really professionnal and modern cover.

I'm joining an extract of somes illustrations of the book.

There is no specific constraint about the desing, except the necessity to keep the title "Petit traité de performance à l'usage des managers" and the name of the author "Florent FOUQUE"... So that, be creativ ! ;-)

Size wanted :
1800 x 2700 px with 300dpi (editable file will be asked at the end of the project)

Think about the cover side : 201 x 270
And the back cover of the book 1800 x 2700 px (we don't have yet the final text, so that you can put a wrong text). Just be careful to keep a small corner to put the isbn and the gencod (like the joined back cover)

Mode de sélection de la couverture :
At the end of the contest, I'll show my ten favorites cover to my customer in order to let them do the final choice.
But you can be sure that I'll do my best to allow you to propose the best cover by giving you all feedback you need to improve yours designs.
