A Journey to Freedom
Born in Beijing in 1967, migrated to Australia in 1999. A senior software architect. Gained freedom through meditation. Married with two kids. Enjoys scuba diving, classical opera, history and writing. Coming from China, I deeply understand and am mesmerized by the western Christian culture. I am a Christian myself. My most favorite movie is THE LORD OF THE RINGS. I watched it probably six or eight times, and I will watch it many times in the future. I love it because it encapsulates the virtues of the western Christian culture: grace, altruism, sacrifice, humbleness, true-heartedness. The beauty of the architectures and artifacts in the movie is so profound.
This book helps readers to reveal their inner peace and serenity and end suffering. It contains four parts. Part 1 is autobiography, about the author's journey from a life trapped in fear and suffering to freedom and enlightenment. Part 2 reveals the psychological and evolutional mechanism of suffering. Part 3 reveals the mechanism of the ending of suffering. Part 4 teaches an easily-to-follow procedure to end suffering via meditation.
Anyone who suffers.

Boja knew at a very early stage what I wanted for my book cover. I really liked all her ideas and really enjoyed working with her. Since I have a few more projects in the pipeline I might come back sooner than expected.
