Tammera Richards is a native of the Pacific Northwest where she lives with her husband and two sons. She is a professional sign language interpreter and enjoys spending time endurance cycling, drinking chai tea lattes and playing with her three mini pigs: Zena, Zorro and Zoey.
This book is a memoir detailing my journey with Major Depressive Disorder. The goal of my book is to help individuals who struggle with mental health issues/depression, find hope, empathy and treatment options through hearing my story, so that they can live a values-driven life.
