jkith got their new book cover by running a design contest:
Design a bold book-cover with "F*ck" in the title, geared towards Anger Management.

F*ck Anger Management
The author was a monk for 10 years in a monastery and deeply studied human emotions through meditation and interacting with others that were seeking help. He overcame his own struggles and has seen others overcome them and believes with proper understanding and exercises anyone can.
F*ck Anger Management is a book that gives the message that anger isn't bad and doesn't need to be managed, but instead it needs to be understood then transformed into Courage.
Adults interested in Self-Help or who are struggling with anger. Mostly those with masculine energy.
Book cover type
The title needs to stand out like a punch in the face. It also has to look bold but modern and professional. - Book Cover Dimensions 5.5" x 8.5" - Font ideally would be custom, kind of like the book "The subtle art of not giving a F*ck"
What to avoid
please avoid cheesy looking stock imagery, i'm not completely against stock imagery but it has to look professional and not the main point as the boldness of the title and the work F*ck should be the main point .. avoid girly colors.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Book cover starts at $299.
It all began with a design brief.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
jkith collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.

And then… they selected a winner!
This was a great experience. I received exponentially more submissions than I was expecting, and nearly all of them were professional-looking. For that reason, it was difficult to pick just one but ultimately the author and I liked 2 of Jasmine's designs the best, so we did a poll to pick the one we eventually selected.
I will definitely be staying in touch with her and hope to work with her again in the future.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
