reacts really fast, is flexible, and has a huge flexibility what I like a lot
Amazing job with little to no revisions!
Dalim was wonderful to work with. In the final stage of the contest, I had 3 designers whose work I liked, each one of them working with a quite similar design, but none of them feeling magic. Then, at the last moment, Dalim sailed in with Gold Ink in the title and that was what did it! The image truly clicked. She was very timely about her communication and willing to make whatever changes were desired. My only recommendation was that she let people know she is a woman. Somehow, once I found that out, I felt even happier to have chosen her.
How Elevate your NOW started their book cover journey

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a coach, educator & speaker that works with powerful women that are high achievers in most aspects of their lives but are challenged in an aspect that could bring them more passion, purpose or joy. As a result of working with & being in the Elevate your NOW community, they quit being their own worst enemy to success, shift their power and shine.
This book would best be used by men & women open to and/or on the journey of personal growth/development, law of attraction, self-awareness and personal transformation.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Book title: Replace it!
Subtitle: An everyday tool for getting rid of debilitating thoughts that flood your mind and crush your dreams.
Author: Kysha Mitchell
I would love an awesome cover for my first book. It is to be used as a tool for replacing disruptive and sabotaging beliefs with words & ideas that will assist the reader with reaching their goals. For example: "I am not as good as everyone else" could be replaced with "I am uniquely qualified and there are people waiting for my gift"
I like clean, modern, distinctive design. I want the reader to look at the cover and feel like I 'get' what they're going through. I want them to feel like buying my book would help them replace self-sabotage and frustration with a life they would love.
I don't have a definite visual for the cover. PLEASE use your own creativity. The only images that come to mind are things being replaced with 'the good life'. Like empty lamps or light bulb sockets (especially since bulbs=ideas) waiting for new bulbs or words being emptied out of someone's head into a garbage bin.
I don't have a color preference (I don't like all white or all black backgrounds) and I like the unique use of fonts. I am not fond of super feminine designs or cartoonish images. I would love to see your own creative ideas that come after reading the description and purpose of my book. I have included a board with covers that I aesthetically like (for various reasons). https://www.pinterest.com/kyshamitc…rs-design/
The book will be a printed paperback and ebook. I would like a design that includes the spine and back (I've included a headshot for back cover). Please use text filler for the back blurb and bio.
I am fond of designs that continue from the front to back, the image or background.
