I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Ibrahim on the development of my first book cover. I truly appreciate his level of expertise and professionalism. I was unclear at a couple of points in the development process, and Ibrahim walked me through the challenges and answered all of my questions. Not to mention that he most patiently and expeditiously responded to my edit requests repeatedly until I was satisfied. Ibrahim M Ibrahim has my highest recommendation, and I plan to work with him again.
Very receptive to any changes I asked for, easygoing and friendly' very artistic and talented, willing to accommodate and be flexible.
Great work. Always prompt and full of quality ideas. Iram's design is better than I could have imagined. I hope to have the pleasure of working with Iram again soon.
PJ went out of his way continuously on my project. If you are looking for someone who is honest, ethical, and goes way above and beyond, don't hesitate picking PJ.
I will certainly use PJ again and again, I cant say enough nice things about him.
How jim.riggs started their book cover journey
Who are you known as?
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Textbook publisher. Target audience are engineering professors (aerospace, chemical, civil, electrical and mechanical) and engineering students.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
The cover for an undergraduate textbook on numerical methods for solving engineering problems using MATLAB. I envision that the front cover will have some type of graphic somehow relating to numerical methods along with the Title (Computational Methods for Engineers: with MATLAB applications) and my name (James B. Riggs). The back conver will display text that indicates what is unique about this textbook (This text will be provided to the finalists). The challenge is to come up with a concept drawing that relates to numerical methods (i.e., solving engineering equations using computer software) or even relevant to Engineering that is attractive to a generally conservative group of people (engineering professors and students). Good luck and thanks for your ideas- Jim
It is a 8" by 10" hardback book that will be about 1' thick. I will need a pdf for the cover design and I NEED IT IN 10 DAYS
