What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
A book cover - front, back and spine for 5 x 8 book. The title of the book is 101 Ways to Get Fit by 50
The book is about making smart choices, eating right and exercise. It's not all about exercise.
The back cover needs room for a few testimonials. I expect most of my customers to be business women at or approaching 50.
A head shot with brief bio will be on the back. I'm looking for something original. I do have some photos of me from a few triahtlons that could be used but I'm not sure.
I have a bar code which needs to go on the back cover
On front cover should be my name Regina M. Clark, CSP with foreword by Kimberly Estler, MD
Possible back cover text
Finishing the race is better than not finishing.
Not finishing is better than not starting.

“Regina Clark’s book is a great read not only for women at or nearing 50, but for women of all ages! Her common sense approach to good health, and her motivation to achieve her triathlon goal is within the reach of all of us who are seeking a more meaningful, fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. ”
Linda Keller, FNP
Horizon Medical Group
“Staying healthy has always been one of my top priorities to not only feel and look better but to deal with the stress that work, family and life create. Regina Clark has clearly demonstrated that even at 50 it is not too late to make a commitment to change, to embrace it and to reach your goal. Fit by Fifty is a quick read for anyone, at any age, who understands the positive impact exercise can have on their body, mind, and spirit, but needs a little encouragement to get started.”
