- Adi Bustaman
Adi worked hard to deliver a design that we loved. He provided revisions quickly and thoughtfully. He was a pleasure to work with.
- Marius Design
Great job as usual.
Excellent design eye. Very responsive to comments. Made quick and appropriate adjustments. Seemed to intuit what the book was all about even though of course he had not read the whole manuscript, only a short design brief.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our law firm represents consumers in personal injury and wrongful death cases, mostly in Tennessee. Our cases include auto and truck wrecks, medical malpractice, and defective products. A significant portion of our business comes from other lawyers who ask us to assist them as they represent their clients, and we intend to use this book to grow that aspect of our business.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
The cover of a book that is written to educate lawyers on the ethics and economics of referring cases to our firm. The goal is to let lawyers know it is ethical to refer a case to another lawyer and earn a referral fee and that it is often in the interest of the client and law to refer personal injury and wrongful death cases to our firm. (The ethics rules changed several years ago and now permit lawyers to earn a referral fee for sending certain types of cases to another lawyer.) The main section of the book is in q and a format, with multiple appendices to educate the lawyer of various ethics and substantive law issues. The working title of the book is "Win Win" with this subtitle: Help Your Clients and Your Bottom Line by Ethically
Co-Counseling on Tort Cases. I know the subtitle is very long - suggestions appreciated. I would like my name (John A. Day) and the law firm name (Law Offices of John Day, P.C.) on the cover. Our logo is blue and white - I can send logo on request but I don't want logo on front.
This will be a 6 x 9" paperback book. I want to the book cover to be conservative and impressive - a very high-end look that sends the message that our firm has the financial resources to handle high-end personal injury cases. I don't think I want any photos.
