Working title of the book : FAREWELL BOSS Become financially independent in 18 months with real estate. IMPORTANT Use the french title : “ADIEU PATRON Devenir rentier en 18 mois grâce à l’immobilier” Book Content The book is the true story of a Romain CAILLET, French person living in the city of Marseille (South of France). Romain, the writer, author and protagonist of the story, was born and lives in the city of Marseille, A French city in the south, that is sunny all year but quite impoverished. Presently, he is a landlord with 15 properties in Marseille (garages, traditional apartments and Airbnb rentals), all purchased before his 30s. Thus, never having to work again for a living. The book chronicles his career as a real estate investor in a success story achievable by anyone. He now earns 10 000 euros a month, with assets worth 800 000 euros. Albeit his starting point with “less than nothing” as he asserts in the book. Indeed, raised only by his mother, they were evicted from their home when he was only 13 years old and lived 5 years in an unkempt hotel. The book brings concrete solutions, precise methods, and reveals secrets about real estate investment that are not common sense. Besides the latter, reflections on life, personal development and allowing the reader to question and find his own answers to beat his hurdles are some of the musings one could expect. 75% of the book is devoted to becoming financially independent thanks to real estate, and promoting an alternative to wage earners. The painful part of Romain's childhood is mentioned only briefly in the book. This is the book's back cover to give you more information: “Romain was not destined to become an annuitant, let alone before his 30th birthday. He grew up in the poorest district of Europe in Marseille, before being expelled from his home when he was only thirteen. Once he was old enough to apply for a job, he was stern and wanted only one thing: make it through life and obtain financial freedom as quickly as possible to never work again in his life. His journey thus began with property investment in which he succeeded spectacularly. Young and “retired”, he wants to share as many details as possible, with as many people as he can reach, including the secrets, methods and strategies that allowed him to move from an eviction to a monthly income of 10 000 euros and 15 properties worth 800 000 euros. The latter only with a monthly income of 1 807 euros. His career demonstrates that it is possible to become a successful rentier quickly, starting from an abysmal position, without inheritance and with a salary of 1 500 euros earned in the private sector.” Between a biography, a guide for investment and a personal development book, this Undetermined Piece of Literature could be the starting point of a new life. After reading this book you will be beckoned to new vistas about the world of real estate. You will be in possession of all the information and the necessary wherewithal to act and transform your life. Goals and ideas that must be reflected via the design : IMPORTANT : This book is the true story of the author's photo must be on the front cover. Our wish is a serious cover style best seller, the cover must inspire confidence, success, serenity, luxury (but not too I'm not millionaire), no wacky or bizzare design. The book is serious but the cover does not have to be boring either. The reader must feel the author’s uncommon success and past struggle, but above all, be compelled to think about the possibility that success is neither out of reach nor impossible, since the writer managed to do it from scratch and explains to everyone how to get there. The cover must not be gloomy; it is a message of hope and an invitation to fulfillment and the quest for freedom. The cover must make the reader dream. When the future customer is going to see the cover, he must be stopped, he must stop on it, look at it, he wants to take interest in the book, buy it . Coverage should reflect sunshine and wealth, happiness, real estate, freedom OR type best seller. All coverage must reflect, power, solidity, life that everybody dreams of having and that the reader will achieve through reading this book that tells how to succeed through real estate. The reader buys this book to become financially independent, live rents, work without bosses, be free and happy. The book is my personal journey, so the cover must be original. You can read the back cover for details. The author of the book left his job. He does not work any more. He have money but he not billionaire. He turned his boss away. He no longer needs to work for another to lead a boss's life.

Sherwin's initial designs caught my eye immediately. Then his ability to modify and come up with the vision I had in mind really made his work stand out and become the winner in tough field of competitors. I'd easily use him again!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
