Chad, PT got their new book cover by running a design contest:
Create awesome book cover for PT Career Guide
Check out Chad, PT's Book cover contest…
UELadder is a physical therapy product. The cover is for a book about PT entrepreneurialism that's also a marketing tool to bring people to the UELadder website. The audience will be PT's. A detailed book description can be found here: www.ueladder.com/pages/ptbook. The industry is really healthcare, but that's not an option for some reason. I chose education as what I'm doing is educating healthcare people about business...
What's your vision?
Book cover for Amazon Kindle. I want a large title, one that is readable from a thumbnail. Needs to have feel of a professional book. I read somewhere that bright colors (red/orange) are good for business books. I'd like logo of my company, UELadder, to appear on cover, but needs to be discrete, perhaps a watermark. I have a sample cover that I made attached. It uses a sunrise image that I took myself (also attached) but I'm open to all ideas.
As for brand archetypes, I want to go with Hero/Warrior styled branding. I'm open to all ideas. Most of the PT books on Amazon look like text books. I like the ones by Sean Sumner: http://www.amazon.com/Sean-Sumner/e/B00Q3WY27Q/ref=dp_byline_cont_ebooks_1
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Book cover starts at $299.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Chad, PT collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
I have worked with Liana on many projects now and this is one of my favorites. She always does a brilliant job but this one was a little extra special.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
