Covers for medical terminology textbook

We publish university textbooks
What's your vision?
We need covers for the second edition of a pair of textbooks: 'The Anatomy of Medical Terminology' and the accompanying 'Workbook for the Anatomy of Medical Terminology'. The books accompany a course that teaches Health Science students the Greek and Latin roots of medical language: 'derma' (skin) + '-itis' (inflammation) = dermatitis; encephalitis is the inflammation of the 'brain', etc.
The current covers are attached below, and we like the simplicity of the concept. Note that the textbook and workbook are a pair and should look like they belong together; and that the workbook will probably be slightly adapted each year and so should be easily badgeable.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Book cover starts at $299.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
eilersc collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
