Developing future leaders through modeling positive leadership behavior, connecting passionately with the people we lead, and involving those we lead purposefully in real-life projects. Leadership is defined as ones ability to influence others in their development, and supporting them in accomplishing their goals and objectives personally, professionally, and collectively within a team. This is achieved through a three-pronged combination of situational, transformational, and mentor leadership strategies.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
This will be a book cover for an auto-biography about Ethan Maxwell Landry who was born in Myanmar enduring the killing of his friends and being placed in a refugee camp when he was six years old. After spending 10+ years in the camp, he comes to the US and transforms his lanky and undernourished body to that of an international fitness model. He shares the journey and all he endured from being exploited to learning through trials and tribulations... Along the way he shares his philosophies of fitness...
